Chamber jazz in warm, formal tones, with electric bass and some electric guitar. Cheerful throughout; might even be more fusion-y if the band didn't have so many acoustic instruments (horns, piano).

It's along the lines of the "acoustic fusion" sound on Henry Threadgill's two 2002 albums.

Prog geeks should check the booklet for some twisty time-signature explanations.

1*- Brash stacatto opening, into relaxed & rolling piece. Acoustic guitar and electric bass-- feels odd on the ears.s
2- Pleasant, short
3- Happy cocktail bop, mildly Latin
4- chamber
5- Kinda sparse, for noon. Lone baritone sax & distant percussion
6- Happy quartet interlude
7*- Loud, a bit fast and brash.
8*- Upbeat
9- Slow/mid cheeriness
10*- Fast, like acoustic fusion (w/ a quiet stretch)
11- Slow, in long warm tones
