Another strange one that came in that package from Croatia. This one is some excellent synth, electro pieces. All instrumental w/ minimal samples, just interesting beats, noise and synth. Can’t figure anything out from the liner notes. Pretty sure the “special guests” are a lark (yes, I got this one this time). All good, lots of special treats. 1) strange little electro intro 2) cool upbeat electro rhythm, treated laughter, quite excellent 3) slow plodding, grows strange and noisy 4) mid paced synth, poppy 5) brief winding synth 6) multi-parted: funky synth rhythm w/ vocal samples in English, after 5 min chills out, turns slow hypnotic then super cool crowd chanting vocal sample builds, at 10 min turns into cool downtempo weirdness, 13 min upbeat new wave feel takes over 7) silence for 2+ min then electro funky backbeat reggae’ish feel almost, w/ fem voc samples, but really 12 bar form, this is really cool | ||
