Hey fans of nuevo electro-disco! This is proto-death-disco from Germany. This is a reissue of an influential 1981 release that a) reflects its time well so you can compare today's what's-old-is-new sounds to the original and b) still sounds good. A couple of then-famous German electro-heads recruited a polylingual singer from Paris to chant/sing these seminal tracks of cold dance music. 1. Slow, pained 2. Cold funk dancefloor favorite with Spanish lyrics 3. Tense rhythm, anxious singing 4. Recited resignedly over throbbing bass 5. Ominous but cheesy 6.
