4 live performances at the lucky dice show at the Maritime Hall, SF (12/6/97). All tracks are preformed by 4 excellent dj’s. Apparently the 4 died two days after this show. These guys were doing stuff on par with what you see DJ Jester, DJ Z-Trip and DJ /rupture doing these days. All performances start and end with an emcee that you probably don’t want to air. I noted the time the music starts for each track. All tracks are good. (only available via download at www.quaketrap.com)

((1)) [starts 1:15] DJ Tryptophan. Mixes hip hop into electronic tweaking. Slowly mixes in a joe walsh sample.
(((2))) [starts 0:45] KuLicky Oldfader. Glitches, echos, f**ks with the song Suzy Q.
(((3))) [starts 0:54] Forbidden Playmate. Kitchen sink style mix (ie. Mixes everything in except the kitchen sink). Excellent mix (Too many dj’s/dj jester) (FCC: “titties” at + 4:05)
((4)) [starts 1:10] DJ Slomo. slowed beatles -> scratched up kid’s story-> slowed down rhinestone cowboy->vocal samples->etc. heavy, f-ed stuff. he had just been in a moped accident that evening so he was still wacked out on whatever the hospital gave him for pain. You can tell.
