Lipstick Pickups/Bikini Bumps Lipstick Pickups: Sassy almost-all-girl garage rock from SoCal. Sounds like early Go Gos/Donnas -- spunky, trashy, charming. All three tracks rock. 1. sa-weeet girl vox - fast rocker - short 2. two girls screaming/yelping vocals -- excellent 3. 60s style garage rocker! Bikini Bumps: Sloppy punk/garage with emphasis on the punk -- snotty vocals, somewhat like the Dead Milkmen without the irony. Not especially novel but pretty good. FCC fuck -- Track 2 1. Lumbers along then rocks out at the end 2. This is more like it - rockin guitar and drums, yelling vocals. FCC -- fuck | ||
