wow! yeah! last time I checked, about 10 years ago, nocturnal emissions was a pretty great dark droning industrial band, now he's a fun beat oriented mixer of popular culture, cutting and pasting in the digital domain. These are catchy tracks, instrumental save some sampled bits. Lots of guitar but it's not the centerpoint. 1.guitar based simple beat ++2.summery. some tabla. 3.hip-hop beat 4.choppy feelgood 5.bollywood glitch 6.tabla & prayer song snatches +7.good beat & strong loops 8. good upbeat soundbed goes bad 9.first minute drumless! changes some. 10.danceable 11.dub +12.catchy 13.lots of Indian instruments, simple beat 14.beat heavy. Nusret Fateh Ali Kahn sample ++15. starts with solo electric guitar in an empty room, tabla and Indian samples build atop. | ||
