Legendary Cuban pianist Guillermo “Rubalcaba” Gonzalez and his excellent band deliver sparklingly played arrangements of traditional and modern music. Everything from hot jazz to sweet ballads to fiery dances. Not a bad track in the bunch…it’s all worth playing. I like this one!

1. Light, bright, swaying. Great male vox.
2. Lush & slow w/an old-fashioned romantic sound. Ahh….
3. Horns & female voices, percussion & piano. A fun dance.
4. A playful cha-cha w/a flirtatious touch of jazz.
5. Upbeat dance w/female vox/horns/piano/perc.
6. Sweetly romantic w/nice strings/piano/vocal blend.
7. Slow & sultry ballad w/rich male vox/violin/piano/perc.
8. Rubalcaba’s jazz piano really shines on this uptempo track.
9. “Perhaps, Perhaps,” with an almost classical piano sound. Great
10. Fun & joyful mambo w/some great piano flourishes.
11. Bouncy mid/uptempo jazz romp for piano. Wonderfully played
12. A sexy dance w/excellent work from the band.
