This Spanish singer has an expressive voice, and has surrounded himself by a strong group of musicians. His music is based in the flamenco tradition but the arrangements & non-traditional instruments (sax, piano) add a contemporary feeling to the mix. I like it, but it might not appeal to flamenco purists.

1. Nicely energetic w/good guitar/flute/palmas/vox..
2. Slow & dramatic blend of guitar & vocals. Picks up at end.
3. Mid-tempo w/female chorus & electric bass
4. Passionate, down-tempo showcase for vox/guitar/perc. Nice.
*5. Uptempo w/a jazzy sound and nice work from band/chorus.
*6. Downtempo w/soaring vocals & some nice guitar work.
*7. Sax adds a touch of jazz to this mid/uptempo track.
8. Slow & expressive blend of voice & guitar.
9. Piano, flute & strings in a lush, jazz-infused love song.
10. Tremulous voice & rich guitar duet. Downtempo.
11. Strings, chorus, palmas in a mid-tempo, slighty jazzy thing.
*12. Passionate a capella track w/great acrobatics.
