Eleni Mandell "Maybe, Yes" - Wow, gorgeous lounge/jazz music. This is a bit of a change from her other stuff, but she pulls it off beautifully. Her voice as always is just pure mellow honey. It's smoky and sexy and just makes you melt. The music is great too. Brushed drums, upright bass, great organ and piano, and sometimes some nice jazz guitar. There are 4 original songs and 2 covers, but the whole album sounds like jazz standards. Every single song is great so sit back in your favorite comfy chair, get a drink and just take it all in.
My Picks: 1, 2, 5, 6

1) Starts with quiet guitar plucking. Then accordion comes in. Ooo, this is a nice laid back almost bossa jazzy tune. Perhaps something you might listen to while in the south of France. Mmmm... delicious.
2) Crisp clear guitar and a smoky sexy voice. Some nice organ mood music in the background. Soft brushed drums. Slow, low, and sexy. Wow, a nice bass solo followed by organ solo. God this is beautiful!!!
3) Piano starts it off. This is a little faster. Happy and light with a great mellow voice. This is really cute.
4) Slower midtempo that kind of drags a bit. Low organ and brushed drums and of course that wonderful smooth voice. Nice organ solo.
5) Piano and bass with brushed drums. Uptempo and fun.
6) Low and slow organ. Sad lyrics. Vocals as usual are smoky and smooth.
