An amazing mix of apocalyptic hardcore sounds. Part crust, part punk, park hardcore and part Neurosis. Two guitar players and three vocalists that each has their own distinct sound. One screams harsh, one does almost a spoken understandable yell, and the other is a gruff female voice. A big pummeling sound that has touches of metal without being metal. From Savannah, Georgia and includes former members of Damad. One of the better live bands I’ve seen recently.
Side A. Big heavy guitar riff, into discordant guitar sounds. The always return to a hard riff and a pummeling sound. All three vocalists sing on this track. There is a melodic section in the middle.
***Side B. Starts out with a rock guitar sound and has a VERY unique vocal delivery. The two vocal tones compliment each other in an amazing and catchy way. You can understand what they are singing. The guitar turns somewhat metal and sad. This track rules!
AWSOME! -mph
