He lives in Cuba, but his music isn’t entirely Cuban. He was born in Chile, but it’s not strictly Chilean. He records in France but it’s not… Well, what it is, is interesting & unpredictable. He’s got a fluid voice, a good band, & his songs are hard to pin down as he blends everything from Andean pipes to programming. Good stuff.

*1. A busy, lively blend of vocals, perc, chorus, strings, etc.
2. A capella intro. A jazzy ballad that moves into a nice sway.
*3. Upbeat and shifting w/a bit of everything.
4. Relaxed & romantic w/a touch of retro jazz to the mix.
*6. Brassy, mid/uptempo w/a busy swinging energy.
*7. Crazy blend of organ, fast chorus, claps, it’s a wild thing.
8. Starts simple, gets lush & cool w/strings/horns/perc..
9. Fast & happy dance w/a Latin feel, programming, chorus.
10. Classical strings, solo voice, then chorus, claps. Nice.
11. Starts slow, becomes lively. Good vocals & energy.
12. A funky, retro midtempo Latin/jazz romp.
13. Mid/uptempo w/nice arrangement of horns/vox/perc.
