Alright, simply put THIS ALBUM IS FUCKING BRILLANT! Freaky folk-pop-electronic music that really cannot be put in a box. This has lots of catchy pop hooks, treated acoustic guitars, moody drones, dance songs. All songs layer a lot of really cool vocals. A little somfin for everyone. Fuck this band has gotten better and better and has become one of my favorites. This is by far the best CD released so far this year. See back sticker for further details
PLAY IT or DIE!!! ALL TRACKS ARE GREAT!!!
- tHE bAWD oF euphony
** one second of noise into an infectious groove with great vocal line. Awesome
** very strange song. Like a twisted nursery rhyme. Almost funny in a way
** beautifully fluttering guitars and whisphered vox. Free-Folk esque.
* Cool percussive start. Distant melody becomes more clear and takes over. Sounds like a reprise of sorts. Gets tropical feeling.
** this is my favorite track. Random guitars turn into a steady pulse with background tape being manipulated. Vocals build with a real catchy chorus. I find myself singing this one often when I wake up.
* Really cool short one. Tropical feeling again. Vocals are brilliant!
* EPIC long flutter guitar number. Very similar to the Campfire Songs CD.
* Great sounds in the back and Beach Boy Quality Harmonies. Real short
** Tribal drum intro and wacky-ass vocals. Love this, great groove
** Brief Talking in intro. Fluttery free acoustic guitars and humming. Vocals are insanely beautiful!
** Guitar and vocal intro. Free sounding. Very Lush!
* Um Donald Duck on Nitrus?
