Guitar-heavy indie pop from Glasgow, Scotland. Synths and other instruments but not quite as "chamber" as some of their counterparts. Some happy and bright tunes, other more thoughtful "indie rock" numbers. A consistent, yet quite formulaic indie pop album, with three outstanding pop tracks and lots of other good ones.
Stand out pop: 1,2,3. No FCC’s.

1. ** Starts low and slow, but rocks starting at –2:10. Power chords, sweet keyboard, mid tempo, childish female vox, we have a winner! **
2. * Funky opening, male vox, catchy chorus, jumpy verses.*
3. * Female vox, mid/fast tempo, with acoustic guitars and merry synths.*
4. Sad piano notes, and two female vocalists. Percussion enters, dramatic tune.
5. Acoustic heavy strum, harmonica, male vox. Mid tempo. Again becomes louder 1 minute in. Power chords and synths, great indie rock.
6. More delicate, mid tempo acoustic. Female vox, some support from synths and electric guitars.
7. Starts with some samples; erratic percussion, male vox, breathy female backup, fuzzy chorus, interesting structure.
8. Slow tempo. Angelic female vox, quiet blippy synths. More urgent chorus, w/ acoustic guitar. Ends loud.
9. Mid/fast, male vox, fuzzy keyboard, steady drumbeat, fun. Beach Boys! Breaks for quiet male/female duet, and picks up with both till end. Cool.
10. Female vox, slightly processed and echoed by a whisper. Truncated strum, louder chorus, accordion.
11. Slow & quiet but not dreamy, even harp in there, starting rocking the same tune 2 minutes in.
