Accessible "world" sound with violins, acoustic guitar, and tons of exotic hand percussion. Kareen Roustom leads on acoustic guitar, where he tosses out nicely complex solos. Electric bass adds some meat, with thick burbling lines reminiscent of modern African music.

Breezy and melodic overall, stuff that would go well as NPR bumper music.

1- Jangling, mid/fast, lots of action.
2- Coltrane classic in a breezy and fairly fast treatment
3- Persian feel, steady mid-fast beat.
4- Slower. Relaxed but a bit mysterious.
5- Slower and swaying
6- Mid/fast, bright, yearning
