Bronx River Pkwy. "Deixa Pra La" – New songs from the latin jazz groovers Bronx River Pkwy. All three songs are warm fuzzy latin jazz numbers. The A side has vocals and the B side has 2 instrumentals. They are all laid back and mellow filled with plenty of great percussion texture. The keyboards are fun and bubbly with great horn arrangements on top. Fun and worth checking out. All songs are nice.
My Picks: B2

A) Midtempo with a great latin jazz groove. Heavy on percussion with nice bass line and flute. Mellow guitar in the background. Laid back, light and airy. Vocals in Portuguese maybe (I can't really tell). Nice organ near the end.

B1) Mellow jazzy latin groover. Faster midtempo with nice keyboards on top. Again plenty of percussion. Short instrumental.

B2) Faster midtempo with a latin flavor. Hypnotic organ line with great horn hits on top. Again plenty of percussion. Instrumental.
