Super loud & heavy noise rock. Big warm guitar tone, doomy settings, harsh vocals. Think: Unsane, Slug (the LA band from the early 90’s), Fistula, Zeni Geva and Today Is The Day. Incredible & consistent riffing.
((((1)))) Instrumental wallopping walls of guitars oddly sounding like a super-heavy Slint mixed with Today Is The Day
(((((2))))) Heavy as bricks, possessed vocals, bludgeoning riffage.
((((3)))) More groove laden but fucked up & twisted.
((((4)))) Weird harmonics, thudding & crushing, a little more straight-ahead.
((((5)))) Slow-ish but not doom, lots of off-kilter moments, too.
((((6)))) Almost clean vocals mixed with the usual harshness. Straight forwardness vs. fucked-upness. Listen for the winner!
(((7)))) Floating sideways feeling, basic but a little too basic
((((8)))) Bursts out bends, twists & melts metal into something else really fuckin’ heavy & punishing.
((((9)))) 2-3 note pumelling with a bit of the slow wailing ‘ala Unsane.
