From Mexico City, a blend of (in no particular order) ska, Latin dance, funk, punk, rock & hip-hop. Interesting and wonderfully energetic. This 2-CD release was recorded live in LA & has applause or spoken word at start/end of most tracks. Great guitars, percussion, horns, and vocals. It’s a party. They don’t do slow.

*1. Starts w/applause/intro. Hip-hop into a hot Latin rock jam.
*2. Great energy mid/uptempo w/a catchy Tropicale feel.
3. Crazy-fast eletronica Latino.
4. Nice funky, cha-cha rock vocal duet. Cool.
*5. Hip-shaking goodness w/lovely work from the horns.
6. Like traditional Mexican folk music. Fast, very nice.
*7. Gets into a fast Latin dance jam.
8. Fast Latin ska w/lots of catchy energy.
9. Beaucoup de horns. Vox/perc/upbeat & driving.
10. Spacey fast-fast jam. Did I mention it’s fast?

CD2:
1. Another super-fast track, gets midtempo & kinda jazzy.
2. Fast, furious, fun w/ crazy energy.
3. Anti-war hip-hop/ska/funk blend. Yeah, fast again.
*4. Starts slowly, then into an almost Balkan-fast sound.
5. Trippy electronica into hip-hop then a Latin dance.
6. Fast horn/perc/vox jam w/audience. Can go right into 7.
*7. Absurdly fast, fun polka. Like 3 Mustaphas 3.
*8. Midtempo, slow, fast w/a serious percussion jam. Yow!
*9. Another fun track. Brassy, folksy, fast.
