Somewhat downer synth-guitar pop. Simple parts fit together into intricate patterns. Wow, they cover 80’s Isreali/Belgian Disco band Minimal Compact! Though not as well as I’d like.

+1. mid-tempo, down. Human sounding drums and naïve synth take lead. This sounds more like what I was finding in the discount bins in Connecticut circa 1986 than most electroclash.
+2. mid-slow instrumental. retro synths, pretty ringing guitar in minor key, new-order build.
3.blah synth-emo. named after babe on star trek.
4.instrumental, slow guitar intro. Horn and loopy synths join in the middle, picking up the mood.
+5.insistant mono-note w/ping-pong perc. Hushed m&f vocals in unison.
+6.lilting, mid-slow, like a horse moseying
+7.interesting, somewhat experimental, repetitive chant, midtempo & upbeat, gets funky
+8.instrumental, based on one note played in two octaves. more upbeat than most of the record
9.too repetitive not enough fun
10.stand-up bass, dark, wordless vocal “hey”…
11.pleasant and breezy music though the lyrics are still overly resigned and brainy
+12.weird music loop, I like! Monotone vocals detract.
+13.midtempo, full, lightly down. Lifted a few sounds from Bjork…
+14.simple goodbye song, guitar based w/a few layers added at end.
