Entre Cerveza, Ritmo, Y Emocion...

Polished, upbeat, drunk punk with horns/ska-punk. Local SF. Bilingual band, half the songs are in english, half in spanish. Most songs are fast. Vocals have some shout/growl, very clear recording, everyone plays intsruments cleanly. Lyrics are poetic for a punk band. While CD is labeled "mariachi punk", the horns bring the sound closer to ska-punk, not mariachi. A couple stray FCC's in english and spanish, none used in an obscene way. All songs are fun, with feelings of unity and camraderie. Check out the "Dirty Old Town" cover.

7) In Spanish. Nice, delicate guitar riff intro. About giving one's life to social struggle. 1:47
8) NOT THE BAND. A clip from a spanish movie, with strains of mariachi at the end. 0:22
