Uppity, raucous & fun combo of folk & metal. Kinda similar ot their country mates, Finntroll but more streamlined. Clean vocals all the way & lots of crazy tempo shifts. Drinking people’s metal for sure.
((((1)))) Jew’s harp, fiddle, folky-mosh. Ridiciously repetitive vocals but effective enough to make you into a “Happy Little Boozer”.
((((2)))) Slightly guttural vox, huge “stein hoisting” sound. Nice accordian solo.
((((((3)))))) Charging, nice interplay with guitar & accordian. You can even here their Finnish accented English. Square dance mosh?!?
((((4))) Jew’s harp, flute, (Swedish?) bagpipes. Slow & riffy.
(((((5))))) GREAT rollicking instrumental with fiddles & thrash riffs galore.
(((((6)))) Strummy ballad with catchy with nice flute breakdown. (“De trolling mon av dee lake”)
((((7))) Sounds like a frost giant could be singing this.
(((8))) Standard metal riffing with fantastic acoustic folk strummning & klezmer-like tempos. The chorus is a MUST listen.
((((9)))) Advanced speed reading set to Finnish folk metal. Clear chorus that emphasizes every syllable.
(((10))) Roustabout Ren-Faire style. Vocals aren’t always ‘on’ but listen to how he sings the chorus-there’s a lot of feeling beind it.
