Rather odd but interesting mix of indie rock, prog, metal and ethereal. Not too far from things like Dog Fashion Disco, Neurosis, Secret Chiefs 3 (though not quite as crazy as the latter). (((1))) Slow, minimal, low-in the mix noise & eerie heartbeat ((((2)))) Metallic doom, psych-laden keys, oft-kilter kinda whiney vocals that actually work. (((((3))))) Slow, slinky, indie, psych & prog rock with horn. Lots of innovation and varation. ((((4)))) Heavy rock with Neurosis-like male vox and ethereal female vocals. (((((5)))) Acoustic psych intro that builds into a nice Isis/Neurosis-like structure. (((6))) Nice noise warble & voice effect. ((((7)))) Strummy, heavy rock that moves from bombast to introspective and mellow. (((((8))))) Epic mix of dreamy, slow psych/indie to lunging doom riffs. Awesome! | ||
