I think this is an approachable, human performance. My professional pianist friend says it’s a “personal” interpration. It takes liberties with the timings, is not so crisp, bordering on gaudy (which could also be due to choice of pieces)- in short “Musical equivalent of a really sloppy kiss, from someone you don’t like Nevertheless, she likes the Sonata 27 (tracks 12&13), “Less schmaltzy, more introspective”. I like that, and also the “Tempest” tracks 4,5,6 | ||
