Window Pain

Creative electro, some poppy, most bordering on experimental. Fans of Kraftwerk will like a lot of this as it seems to explore the simplicity of the synth melody, Tangerine Dream is evoked in chill moments. There are also plenty of droney noisey times too. All instrumental, all performed with synths but surprisingly no “retro” nods toward past glory days of the synth (70’s, 80’s). Just positive forward thinking joyous electro.

1) slow build up with synth tone and percussive effects, drifts towards musicality midway, very chill
2) droney start but then a really pleasant electro-beat and simple melodies appear, noise drone appears again midway, then melodies/beat come and go
3) really cool layered samples lead into sublime drone, chill and trippy with voices, then gets noisier and swirly, great

5) vague rhythmic, cool analog sample/hold tones, chill if dark
6) electro pop, bouncy but minimal
7) simple melodies with casio type beat, simple, breakdowns here and there
8) a Kraftwerk feel in the whole note melody and big synth feel
9) sampled birds leads into a layered feel with a very cool beat/rhythm, feel
10) kind of an “intro” feel to this, doesn’t really take off from the beat
