Phantom Limb

Killer mix of grindcore, ultra-fast hardcore and brutal noise rock (think of Unsane but cranked waaay up). The production is kinda raw but clear enough to highlight every riff, scream and cymbal crash. The formula no bullshit intros or wasted space works brilliantly. To sum up: this fuckin' SLAYS, alright!?!

((((2)))) Riffy, speedy and screamy.
(((((3))))) Really heavy, doomy riff that suddendly blasts into a 5000 mph level of speed and total annhilation then goes back to a damaged breakdown.
(((((4)))) Speedy and straddling a line between simple and technical. Very impressive.
((((5)))) Beastly and brutal in it's over the top aggression. So much good sound in so little time.
(((((6)))) Insane blast beats and riffs that cut you from ear to ear. Ends with someone talking about a guy burnt alive. Creepy.
((((7)))) Tons of stop & stars but pretty much all speed, pummell & all kick ass.
(((8))) Very riff-centered and more of a mid-paced structure. Still pretty good but just lack a little intensity.
(((((9))))) A total riff frenzy that combines so many kinds of awesome it adds up to - just crank this, dewd!
(((((10))))) Torrents of rapid fire drumming & riffs. Dizzingly fast with the ability to instantly stop and slow it down.
((((11))))) Tons of varied riffs and tempo changes up the wazoo. All without being too consciously technical like too many other bands.
(((((12)))) Amazing, totally attacking, ripping grind with odd metered "noise chords". Btw, this is a true story about a girl who actually had a Slayer jacket and was into meth & later hung herself. No hipster shit here, Nigel.
(((((13))))) Galloppy and headbanging-ly & thrashastically awesome.
((((14)))) Straight ahead and riffy with some nice unpredictable changes.
((((15))) Untitled piece with waves of crickets, drone, noise and a long except of a country song.
