Completely hip, straight-up organ/guitar/drum jazz. It’s not “folk music” as in Peter, Paul, & Mary. It’s folk as in “music for real folks.” Solid jazz with a serious blues core. Expertly played (Chris Foreman on the Hammond B3 is a god). Read the fabulous notes for great info on the trio. When these guys wail, hold on!

*1. Relaxed, downtempo jazz/blues groove. Gets goin’…great solos.
*2. Upbeat sway in a breezy, jazzy love song. Sweetly cool.
*3. Van Heusen/Mercer standard. Light, warm, swaying. Sigh…
*4. Way cool jazz funk, mid/upbeat and wickedly tight.
5. Slow Beatles tune. A sad ballad that picks up.
6. Sophisticated update of schmaltzy 70s love song. Mid & swinging.
7. A touch of Brazil, a light samba beat, relaxed then great energy.
*8. Upbeat jam w/solid solos. The organ really gets going.
9. Upbeat funk jazz, swinging beat & lots of energy.
