TONY MONACO: East to West Chicken Coup, 2006 HAMMOND B3 ORGAN – This is old-school soul jazz, straight up and swinging hard. Monaco, an energetic B3 player out of Ohio, is joined here by Bay Area guitar master Bruce Forman, whose gliding licks are a good match for Monaco’s smooth/spiky organ attack.
