Show Him The Ground
((((1)))) (FCC “fucking” sung three times) Rockin’ and thudding onward. Tale about an old guy arguing with his now dried up sexual prowess.
((((2)))) Hammering and charging with wailing guitars.
((((3)))) Fast and pummeling with a pretty solid breakdown.
(((4))) (FCC “fucking” sung once) Bassy, tight and bare bones mid-paced thrash tempo but a little stiff.
((((5)))) Too many FCCs AVOID! Too bad ‘cause it’s a good song dealing with American paranoia.
(((6))) Big riff played over & over with the claustrophobic, “never gonna get outta here” feeling of being trapped in a coal mine
(((7))) Fast and repetitive and sort of half-assed overall.
((((8)))) Burly riffs, this is what Southern Metal should sound like: big, ugly and unforgivin’. Uses the “guns as cocks” metaphor pretty well, too.
((((9)))) (FCC “Fucking” sung once) Fast, aggressive thrash tempo and riff rides.
((((10)))) (FCC “Fucked” sung once). Huge riff and a nice doomy to rockin’ tempo. Nearly ruined by the super creepy lyrics about pedophilia & rape but they’re using the 3rd person method like Slayer and not endorsing it.
((((11)))) “Heeeyyy!” (‘ala T.G. Warrior), rippin’ fast and layin’ down a steady groove. Sounds like it would be good live.
