Halting Gait Ep

Narcotic washes of synth with use of beats. Some tracks smack of early Kranky label releases, ambient dowtempo dream pop (see Bowery Electric), then on the third track an 80’s flavored drum machine appears. Cool trippy stuff that calls itself Dark Wave and could fit in with Dead Can Dance as easily as My Bloody Valentine.

1) downtempo beat with washes of synth/sound, very narcotic and similar to Bowery Electric
2) droney synths, vague rhythmic washes, buried vocs, downtempo beats enter and exit, mostly dark ambience
3) 80’s goth feel with drum machine and dramatic synth melodies, sequences
4) 80’s drum machine continues, dark big tones and found sounds
