Teen thrash metal from L.A. focused on the riffs, the rawness and immediacy of prime 80’s masters like Kreator, Sodom, Slayer & Exodus. That said this has absolutely zippo in the originality department. It’s like eating a big ass chocolate cake – which you don’t wanna do everyday. Yet you know all too well what it tastes like yet you want to indulge in it more & more.
(((1))) Air raid sirens, wailing 80’s thrash guitar and a wall of raw 80’s inspired chaos.
((((2)))) Whammy bar reliance, thick riffs, blood in the throat vocals with gang choruses, fairly dense sounds overall.
(((((3))))) Super thick riffs, more of that Kreator/Destruction-like “about to fall apart” style.
((((4)))) Messy but good ultra-thrash that only slows down for the breakdown.
((((5)))) Huh? Black Metal tremelo riffing bursting into Death/Speed Metal from the 3 heads of a Kreator/Death/Vio-lence monster.
((((6)))) Slow (!?) and melodic intro to more mosh/thrash yer skull madness. Typical but fun.
(((7))) A new band called KreatorSlayer?
((8)) Spotty & WAAY too focused on the vocals. Too much of the worst of Vio-lence & Obituary.
((((9)))) Complex intro and total metal bombast into fairly ragin’ thrash.
(((10))) Early thrash (ex: Metallica/Megadeth) riffing and plenty of words about the horrors of war. Gets redundant pretty fast, tho’.
(11) Hidden track (starts at 1:00 in) is a random jam session.
