Awesome, heavy drifing instrumentals ‘ala early Pelican. Just 5 tracks but it’s enough to keep your attention. Only on one of the tracks (the last one) do they move over to that “post-rock” thing but even that has quite a bit of heavy guitars. Overall, very good release.

((((1)))) Moody but steady mixing the tension between the mellow parts and the heavy parts.
(((((2)))))) Wow! Just so epic and yet direct and engaging. Will keep you locked in from beginning to end.
((((3)))) Slow, doom but steady and with a way open sound.
(((4))) Minimal ambient/experimental thing. Not bad but sort of out of place.
(((5))) Expansive and wide open ‘ala Pelican and Mogwai and their most rockin’. Ends with a ton of feedback.
