Well recorded, mixed, assembled, by some 17 year old kid on the rural coast of Oregon. Indeed, cultural boundaries that used to exist at the borders of urban centers have fallen and technology and information transfer has made possible creativity from all corners of the country/world. And the gods looked down and it was good.
