SL’s label comp of 2007, 2008 and upcoming 2009 releases. A pretty solid mix of doom, sludge, prog, drone, twang, psych, dark ambient and black metal.

(((1))) Jazzy with heavy, slow rumbling and kinda weird. Like the Thrones at their weirdest.
((((2)))) Nice slow, drifty & twangy.
((3)) Slow, psych-indie rock into loud, noisy psych, both are boring & lifeless. If it weren’t for their name, it would be more apt as a forgettable 70’s band that collectors rave about.
((((((4))))))) Amazing, dark ambient with a hazy BM guitar drone. Just perfect!
(((((5))))) Powerful, thudding guitar & drums. Riff, riff, repeat 600x.
((((6)))) Total 70’s prog-fusion but with a more prominent bass. Very much in the King Crimson/Mahavishnu Orchestra/Miles Davis “electric” style.
(((7))) Brooding, pummeling psych drone-doom with jazzy percussion. Attila Csihar (Mayhem, et. al). & Sin Nanna’s (Striborg) vocals are pure mania
((((((8)))))) Menacing, vicious and heavy as fuck, 100% METAL! Killer bass, too.
((((((9)))))) Massive trudging doom from with evil sleestak vocals.
((((((10)))))) Killer dark ambient, blackened doom with slowly wavering atmospheres, deep in the abyss vocals.
(((((11))))) Fuzzy, buzzy (yeah, really!), feral and fucked up. Noisy, black metal with the foot pedal stuck on throbbing bass drum.
