Big pop sound, with a few slow bits, fem vocals. Generally a bit slower then I expected, and not at all embarrassing. Good guilt-free pop. This duo has a history of releases going back to the 80’s, and being in Prince’s band before that, but I don’t know their earlier work.

+1. Pretty, dreamy (drugged?), warbly guitar sound. Mid-slow
2.Mid-tempo, minor key. Gets epic in 2nd half
+3.Sad- goth? Quiet piano intro, then cool synth beat, buzzy guitar
4.Fun to play a rock song, booty call.
5.Mid-slow, plodding, opens up in a psychedelic bridge+ending, wish more of song was like that
+6.low key indie pop with electric piano, “I’m freeee…” hint of 70s
+7.Ah, just simple acoustic guitar & pretty singing, corny lyrics be damned.
8. 3/4 time, dreamy nostalgia, winter
9. First half so slow w/whispered vocals, sparse piano, could fit in a slowcore set with no one batting an eye. Speeds up a little bit in the instrumental second half, so you could use the song to ease from a slow set to midtempo.
