Zach Wallace- Glass Armonica

The sound of thrift store wine glasses, salvaged lumber, and hardware, played into a huge swelling, ear tickling bliss out. Completley acoustic and created with no edits or dubs. Vaguely inspired on a design by Benjamin Franklin. A testament to the crazy shit people have to do in order to stay sane in upstate nEW york in the winter. Don't sleep on it, or sleep to it. Beautiful fucking noise. Stands fine on its own, or could be part of the greatest collage ever.

1) Sustained but morphing and swelling, buzzing, reverberating wall of lush tones with pitches that tickle all frequencies of the earlobe. Can make anything trippy by mixing over this. A dilaudid dietician's delight.

2) Vaguely eastern sounding, really tickles the high frequencies or the ear, and develops a definite rhythmic trance. Wow.

3) Less dense wall of sound with higher pitched wine glasses, and subtle grumbling texture. Short.
