Rather big sounding, very 90’s, simple & direct, guitar-centered Indie Rock/Pop. Features Chris Thompson of Eric’s Trip & Ron Bates from a band called Orange Glass. Sorta of similar to the Chills (especially on the first track), Big Star, Sebadoh and the like. Very few bummer moments.
((((1)))) Electric guitar strum and repeated refrains of “I Don’t Know…Are you Ready To Go”. Very similar to a minimal “Pink Frost” by the The Chills.
((((2)))) Squirrelly, wah-wah, woozy vocal late 80s/early 90’s Indie Rawk 101.
((((((3))))) Very Big Star sounding, bright chorus, great vocal harmonies. Sticks in yer ear & won’t let go feeling.
(((4))) Slow intro, shimmery, uppity guitar pop with delay pedals. High vocals. Pretty catchy.
((((5)))) Warm tone with very good vocals. Plenty of bass + bendy notes.
((((6)))) Straight up pop with electronic “wee-er-or-wee-er-or”. Good cymbal work/drum sound.
((((7)))) Slightly heavy classic rock-like riff. Repeated refrain of “don’t look into – the light”.
((((8)))) Slow mellow strumming, 90’s Indie 101 with the usual but still good quite vs. loud tempo.
(((((9))))) Big, fuzzy, feedback-y Indie-ish Rawk. Fine, fine vintage by way of right NOW!
((10) Typical & boring wallpaper-ish indie rock.
(((11))) Strummy Sebadoh-laden fairly fast melodic Indie with a pretty good poppy build up.
((((12)))) Acoustic heart-felt ballad ‘bout getting all kooky over girl. Good guitar strums.
