Through The Magnifying Glass Of Tomorrow

Beautiful soundscapes that are kinda fragile, and have an industrial aura about them. This comes out of a collaboration between the Opalia bros (of My Cat) and Enore Zaffiri, Italian electronic musician extraordinaire. Zaffiri is apparently an 80-year-old recluse who decided to come out of hiding after hearing Maurizio and Roberto Opalia’s work. Disc 2 is an artsy-fartsy film + soundtrack; check it out if you're into that sort of thing. No FCCs.

1) 25:22 – slow start, atmospheric chimes, layered & looped wind noises grow, climax ~11:30, drops into a hazy doomy industrial drone.

2) 15:46 – dark & kinda spooky soundscape; grating/odd sounds get plunked down on top of hazy synthscape.
