Classical-gypsy-circus-world cello music Marcie Brown graduated Manhattan School of Music & U of Massachusetts, toured & recorded with Yusef Lateef, played 600 shows with Cirque du Soleil's "O" & a season with the Tuscon Symphony. Very nice cello playing 1: 4:09 cello & guitar, slow 2: 7:01 cello, mandolin & guitar, guitar spices this up ***3: 5:39 cello & percussion, percussion adds a slight WORLD sound, great bowing on the cello 4: 5:07 cello, female vocal & percussion ***5: 5:01 cello with Agave Quintet, almost Bossa Nova guitar, gypsy/Jazz violin. ***6: 4:32 cello with poppy piano & bass 7: 6:43 cello with Agave Quintet with guitar ****8: 5:28 cello with female vocals & percussion, hand claps. percussion lends a WORLD sound. at times a hint of Irish jig.
