Garage rock with folk influences, marked by singing full of longing. Song Sparrow Research makes unique use of electric piano and cello. First six songs run from five to nine minutes long. Try 3, 6, 7.

Jangling guitar and drums again. Powerful vocals and aggressive guitar riffs. 5. Unintelligible vocals like howling amidst jumbled guitar riffs and bass backbeat. **6, Slow electric piano and ballad-like vocals. Crashing cymbals and bass/guitar harmony. Most enjoyable melody of the album. *7. Blues guitar riffs, gentle strumming, melancholic vocals. 8. Aggressive long opening of drums, electric guitar riffs, and cymbals. Slows down with guitar strumming after vocals begin.
