Fans of Siouxsie and the Banshees, Slits, Bjork or somewhere in between take note. Soaring female vocals dominate with dark rock, often tribal 80’s feel, lush echoey guitar. Fans of later pretty Swans/Jarboe also take note. Interesting stuff crosses several bounds including post punk Carribean rock a la the Slits.

1) quiet guitar w/ bass and tribal drums blow up with soaring female vocs
2) tribal rock beat dominates, eastern flare
3) dramatic soaring melodies and vocals contrasted w/ mood changes
4) tad more chill, interesting bridge, blends seamlessly into next track
5) hypnotic rock
6) carribean feel comes through, slits/Vivian goldman
7) more hypnorock, w/ quiet break where vocs appear, lovely, takes off halfway through, epic
8) slower plodding tribal, builds to intense ending
9) quiet start, slowly builds to waltzing ¾, midway shifts entirely toa dark rock feel
