Fans of Swell Maps will love this: No Wavey/Post Punky simple guitars/bass/drum rock, mostly instrumentals that incorporate noise and dissonance well. Slightly sloppy drums, dissonant twangy guitars and urgent beats all describe Swell Maps as well as this. Low-fi in places but not a total messy cassette release. Mostly instrumental tracks except when noted. All clean, all great!!

1) simple, upbeat slightly no-wavey, Swell Maps dissonance
2) lovely distorto noise as soundbed to guitar strumming, noisey, ends cold
3) Swell Maps urgency to this for sure, echoey buried vocals, twangy guitar
4) strummy guitars, lower fi, echoey and dreamy, different from previous
5) low-fi: simple casio electro beat and poppy strumming feel is betrayed by the weird noisey production and buried echoey vocs
6) low-fi dense strumming + vocals
7) upbeat rockin post-punk
8) sublime surfy post-punk with pretty guitar chords and overall tone
