Carmen Rizzo – Looking Through leaves Reviewed by Enzomanic 8/02/10 Ambient, minimal, electronica-pop based from producer Carmen Rizzo. It’s very diverse within the electronica spectrum and his soft and melodic roots keeps his style even more unique. Great production skills. Many notable guest appareances (primarily on vocals) No FCCs. Try 2,3,4,5,7 1) IDM, melodic n’ minimalistic soundscapes. 2) Midtempo, kinda progressive trance piece w/ beautiful female vox from Kate Habnevik, very melodic. 3) Classical piano melodies, trumpets, female vox and atmospheres flowing simultaneously, romantic feel, feat. Shana Halligan. 4) Ambient intro, upbeat trance-y beat, dreamy synths, vocals from Nosey. 5) Downtempo, kinda triphop with a intense reverie feel, athmospheric textures and male vox sounding kinda Paul David Hewson.
