Instruments of science & technology – Music for Paradise Armor Reviwed by Enzomanic 9/01/10 Richard Swift ex-Starflyer 59 delivers pure experimentalism making IDM rich of minimal, organic, spacey, distorted and solid in musical composition. Besides the experimentalism, there is some complex rhythmic catchiness in to it. Fcc clean. Try 3,4,5,7,9,10,11,12,13 1) Hollow and cylindrical lo-fi sounshapes. 2) Percussive minimal beats and hi hats progressively gets a bit chaotic and distorted. 3) Similar feel as the previous but more messed up. 4) Distorted video game-y bubbles flowing on a experimental ground work of beats. 5) Old tape recording noises and distorted drones. 6) Beat oriented minimal percussive loops and ambient melodies. 7) Accelerating blending beats turn into a fruity beat smoothie . 8) Minimal electro beat with dominant spacey textures and soudscapes. 9) Repetitive kinda lo-fi beat time machine and textures. 10) Extreme distortion on the midtempo kicks and everything else. 11) Repetive and percussive low-key synth toms and minimal distorted fm sounds. 12) Static synth drones. 13)Percussive bassline with slow organic soundscapes. 14) non-stop popping up corn beats and strings. 15) Solo of kinda processed synth accordions. | ||
