Album Review

One of the MOST important bands in late 80’s hardcore and all other heavy music ITSELF! Legendary UK band re-working/re-arranging a few classics here in fine form. New(ish) drummer Roy Magorya (Soulfly, Crisis, Nausea NYC, etc) is a great addition as is the continual rage of Rob the Baron (bass/vocals) & Stig (guitar).

Cleaner production, some more keyboards (but used for accenting sections - so don't go expecting fuggin’ Dragonforce) ARISE!

((((((((((1)))))))))) Slightly different arrangement and a very powerful vocal from The Baron. Noisy ambient outro.
((((((((2)))))) One of the earliest singles (from ’83 originally). Very rhythmic/post punk rumble, tons of harmonics. Again, amazing vocals.
((((((((3)))))))) Post-punk-ish intro, rumbly bass, big riffs, more keyboards but still a PERECT ANTHEM! (Tho’ the watery vocals are first a “grower”). “Take Control-Use Your Head-No Gods- No Masters!”
(((((((4))))))) Chugs along nicely with tons of drums, bass & wailing guitar. Gets kinda riffy around the chorus (Originally from "No Sanctuary" EP, 1983)
