Lo-fi surfy rock from San Diego solo recording artist Jeans Wilder. Did a couple split 7"s with Best Coast if that gives you any idea of the kind of crowd he rolls with. Grungy and fuzzy. Track 1 is the best. Maybe 2 if you're adventurous.

RIYL: Wavves, Cloud Nothings

*1. That oh-so-Californian lo-fi surfy grunge sound. Lots of static, echoey vocals that sound a bit stoned and shoegazy guitars. Sounds just like a Wavves song, but with a bit less thrashing and a bit more static.
2. Lots of clicky clacky percussion and guitar powerchords with the gain turned ALL the way up. Heavily distorted and blurred vocals, with not that much energy. Was this recorded underwater?
3. Somber guitar intro leads into a echoey, lethargic ballad.Chickenscratchy guitar FREAK OUT at the end.
