Album Review
Eme O

Gentle folk singer-songwriter from England. Songs of contemplation and loss accompanied by the plucking of acoustic guitar strings. Shades of Joni Mitchell. It's all rather pretty and rather similar. Pleasant music for a rainy Sunday morning, or any time (if you're a little depressed). FCC clean. --Eme O.

1) Mid-tempo, acoustic guitar and soft vocals

2) Similar to #1

* 3) Slow and a bit soulful. Soft vocals with male vocal harmony. A buzzy instrument (harmonica?) in the background.

4) Similar to #1, #2

5) Similar to #4, except there are some high notes in the vocal part and a piano is added to the mix.

6) Starts off much the same as the rest. Gets an infusion of energy around 2:02 when the bassist (and a maraca player?) jump in.

7) Kind of like an acoustic folk guitar version of "Piano Man."

8) & 9) Similar to the similar tracks mentioned above

* 10) Starts off with a bit more energy, guitar notes like rainfall.
This may be the 'angry' song. Ends with a quick strum and a firm "Goodbye."
