Traditional African music from the Shona people of Zimbabwe ( percussion, marimbas & mbira ) with influence from Western music (clarinet, sax, bass). The group consists of folks from Mozambique, Norway, Sweden & Zimbabwe. on Parallell a Scandinavian label.
****1: 6:22 mid tempo female vocal, great harmonizing with nice big bass, clarinet, marimba
****2: 1:45 percussion instrumental then male chorus wailing
****3: 6:44 marimba solo intro then more mellow but driving percussion with clarinet
****4: 6:26 faster percussion, mellow and low but a driving rhythm 15 sec fade.
****5: 5:34 driving bass line, collage of percussion, haunting clarinet.
****6: 4:37 faster, big percussion, clarinet, marimbas, male vocal wail
***7: 4:31 faster, lots of percussion, clarinet
***8: 5:22 faster, lots of percussion, clarinet, some male vocal/wail
