Split between Italian producers nodolby and Greenmine. Nodolby had a killer tape on Stunned records last year, so if you did that camp you’ll probably be a fan of this as well. Greenmine recently put out two tapes on the always-interesting Italian label DOKURO.
RIYL: Water Lily Jaguar, Lunar Miasma, Phillip Glass
1. Explosive fluctuating synth scales. Bright and sunny, then fades into a gloomy drone segue which later dissolves into contemplative guitar plucking. Great stuff.
2. Suspenseful buzzy drone. The humming sounds of heavy machinery mixed with a bed of fuzz and timid organ chords.
