Stripped down female sing/songwriter, with tasteful guitar, piano, dashes of horns and percussion here and there. Ambience and subtle airy eerie background effects/tones makes this interesting, layered and dense and bordering on a gothy Current 93 type thing. But not. Nice dark/romantic/epic lyrics. Sounds 4 track recorded but not cloyingly, instead adds to the production quality and overall eerie drama. For fans of Cat Power, all things 4AD Records,

1) (4:11) strummy acoustic, dramatic romantic lyrics, piano and subtle horns and percussion, epic
2) (2:52) chill vocs + guitar arpeggio
3) (2:52) piano + vocs, dreamy
4) (2:30) simple guitar strumming and somber vocs, simple drums, keys join in, epic, tasteful
5) (5:18) dreamy breathy vocs, “promise me you wont die, hold my hand and try”, piano and slow guitar, perfect
6) (2:30) almost a childlike playful lullaby feel
7) (3:15) folky with a nice dissonant note in the strummy guitar, lovely distant piano later on
8) (4:08) nice distant mic’ed guitar, pensive picking, lovely doubled up vocs
9) (2:27) sultry chill swing, sexy and pretty
10) (4:15) folky swing, nice echo on vocs
11) (2:00) simple with piano, “maybe baby youre the one”
