Atnarko & Sam Mollison - Thinking of You Label: Lazy Days Recordings
Featuring Remixes by Pezzner & Fred Everything
Solid deep house released off Fred Everything's label (Fred is based in San Francisco), featuring excellent remixes from Seattle's Pezzner. Pezzner is a hot property right now - his studio production is very solid and catchy. Sam Mollison provides the soulful male vocals. Good solid house music - try 2,3.
1) instrumental track, loopy and playful little synth melodies bouncing around, echo-y vocal loops coming in & out
2) thumpier beats than #1, loopy little synths, soulful male vocals feature in the middle of the track, nice straight up deep house
3) dubbed-out house version, thumpy beats like #2, tighter & heavier bass
4) a longer vocal version (see #2) with a spaced-out ambient outro (last couple of minutes)
