Pianist/composer Davidson delivers some jazzy Klezmer tunes. Along w/Frank London (founding member of Klezmatics) he explores everything from Eastern European folk to Western European waltzes. Instrumentals, well played and delicious. Perhaps more “jazz” than Klezmer, but great stuff.

*1. Brash, brassy and lively jazzy Klezmer romp.
2. Starts w/noodling, moves into a cinematic jazz air.
*3. Lively Balkan folk given a jazz makeover.
4. Slow and reflective contemporary Klesmer jazz.
*5. Oddly quirky, changing tempos, fun and unpredictable.
6. Mostly slow w/some sweet piano and good jazzy solos.
*7. Clarinet and snare drum anchor this lively dance. Yay.
8. Slow and dramatic jazz w/nicely squawky bits.
9. Elegant retro waltz w/ a Franco-Hungarian café sound.
10. Slow and spiritual reflection.
*11. Quirky midtempo meander.
12. Slow and lazy air. Quiet – watch levels on this one.
